Hi there

Have just compleated 2 weeks on 4 meal replacements a day and have lost 10lb, so very very pleased.
Have tried cambridge before, but finding this much easier as i am eating!!!!! I'm have each day -

1 poridge for breakfast
1 soup for luch
1 bar as afternoon snack
1 hot meal for dinner, bulked out with veg allowance

The evening meal has been my saving grace, have seen that W8 and be-YU have brought out a "red bean chili" hot meal, wondered if the guys at Kee would be doing the same soon..........fingers crossed.
