Hi LittleJam.

It takes more than one blimp to undo all the good you have done. Today is a new day, a good day, a day where you will stick to your plan. Much better to have over used our products that to binge on high calorie foods that are crammed with high carbs that would send you into a eating frenzy.

You have most probably consumed around 800kcal in total, so considering a ladies general intake requirement is around 1800 - 2000kcal still a weight loss. You may find that your ketosis level has been shaken a little, but one good day today will right the wrongs before it gets to out of hand.

Don't worry, I think you'll be fine as the porridge looks like it can be used anytime but you should stick to one pack of wafers a day and drink water with them - even on the vlcd you can have up to 6 packs a day if you need them x

oh deary me

so my new order arrived, wanted to stock up and was very excited to try the vanilla wafers.. i think i got greedy and in total today ive had


1 and a half packets of wafer

1 hot meal cottage pie

3 and a half porridges.

I would normally only have 4 packs... i feel all blah now, i don't know if its all in my head. Have i knocked myself out of ketosis?
