Good luck on your first week!

I'm just starting my fourth week. I losy 9.5 lbs in week one and so far have lost 15lbs. I have stuck to it totally and i'm happy with this diet so far, I'm not finding it difficult exept for the severe lack of alcohol!!!

Hello there and welcome. The amount that is lost in the first week varies from person to person. It depends on how much you have to lose, what you eat the week before. All kind of things make a difference. If you read peoples journeys you will proberbly see that most people post what they lose the first week. It is abit quiet on here at the moment but I am sure there will be more posting later. Any way good luck with your journey and let us know your weight loss. Get youself a tracker it does make a difference when you see it sliding down towards your goal! Wink

Hi Heres another newbie!!!

My name is Becci and I have just started my journey! I have a pile of weight to shed and have been putting it off for so long it is now starting to get me down.

I have 2 year ols twins and simply did not shed the weight after they were born and now they are 2 they are running around and I just cant keep up with them. Sad

I have found all the success stories wonderful and hope that some day soon I will be apart of that!

I was meant to start the diet yesterday but had a 24hr sickness bug so could not eat or drink a thing. Today feeling allot better am now finding not too hungry as not eaten from yesterday! Here's to my first week!

What is the most that has been lost in their first week sticking to the plan religiously?
