Hi everyone,

I have been on the Lighter Life diet for 3 weeks and lost 17lbs and have now started on this diet. 3 packs and 1 bar a day. I have about 16 lbs to lose. I'm afraid i had a bad weekend, and found myself yearning for something to chew, not because i was hungry though! I had a couple of very small pieces of chicken and 2 handfuls of Cheerios! Strange mixture i know! Now i am worried i won't be in ketosis. I checked a strip today and it wasn't pink like it should be. It was beige. Does that mean i am not in ketosis and if not, how can i get back into it? Help! I don't want to give up now!!
