HI there and welcome. I am in week 16 of this diet now (I initially set myself a target of sticking it for one week, so am feeling quite pleased with myself Very Happy ). I've lost 4 stones so far using weight control products, and really haven't found it too hard at all. This diet really does work - and if I can do it, I really believe anyone can - if you stick to the guidance, then you WILL see results - quickly at first, then steadily at 2-3lbs a week which feels great. You have to be 'in the zone' though, and really committed to doing it - like any diet I guess.
If you look at the 'log your progress' threads you will see more about how various people have found the diet, and lots of questions answered.
I must admit I was really skeptical at first about 'giving up' food but it really hasn't felt like that at all, you have salad, veg, milk and nuts on this diet and I have also (after a few weeks) had the occasional meal out - you have to be very specific about what you eat, but it hasn't slowed down my weightloss. And restricting my food so much has really helped me to identify my downfalls, so that when I introduce foods back in again (after next week - YEAH!) I really feel like I will have made some lasting changes.
Oh and my husband is so impressed that he is also doing Kee now - and he's never been on a diet in his life!
Let us know if there's anything else you need to know before you get started.
Good luck!
Julie X
PS Kee is very like Lighter Life, but way cheaper, without the weekly meetings, less restrictive and people say the products are better too (I can't comment as I never tried LL)

Welcome aboard. I tried the total for 2 weeks but have now swopped to the Weight control which I find much better. They make you feel fuller and I like the taste of most of the soups & the bars are yummy. Smile I am sure you will get more answers later on today. There are many insperational stories on here. Read the posts and there are some amazing photos of before and after.
