I can concur, my mouth was 'like the bottom of a parrots cage' the whole time! Never went away, but I struggle with the amount of water! Shocked

Jamie, they say the bad breath should go away once you are in ketosis and drinking enough water (to wash the ketones out elsewhere lol!)
In fact mine has hardly ever gone away, evne when drinking 5 litres a day, so I just use lots of spray, keep my mouth shut when I am near people and take it as a good sign that I am still in ketosis. Oh and don't expect any amorous advances lol!

Oh and I use bouth freshener too that seems to help.

You can't have gum at all peeps, think it confuses your body into thinking food is coming and the juices in your stomach starts and it can knock you out of ketosis?

You can however have breath freshener spray...badgers arse no more Jamie!!!!
