Hi

Thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Margaret and I am 59 years old. I have lost 2st already and need to lose 2st more. I thought I would try this as my neighbour is on the Lighterlife diet but I can't afford that. She is doing so well and then I found the Kee Diet. I find the forum very helpful. I have already posted for advice and Sarah answered me quickly which was very nice of her.
