Hello ladies and gents!

How are we all doing? Looking forward to Easter?

I'm, as usual, completely knackered, I work in a bank and its mental at the moment wih it being the end of the tax year, i'm up and down every 2 minutes, counting on this to continue as part of my exercise when i'm back on a normal diet lol! Got tomorrow off working 9-12 Saturday, Sunday and Monday off then in the rest of the week, booo

Not looking forward to missing out on all the Easter eggs, hot cross buns and roasts but then again just think of all the people who will find themselves half a stone heavier next week and wishing they hadnt indulged whilst we are all shrinking!

I have a Cadbury Caramel eggs egg from my Manager and i'll save it to be split into some treats later on in my diet, my 4 year old daughter said she'd eat it but no way am I sharing!

Going shopping at the weekend in preparation for starting EQ1 on Monday, I can't believe my 12 weeks is almost up, it feels like forever but then again its exciting and has come around so fast.

For those just starrtng, If I can do it ANYONE can, I was the biggest picker, snacker, bad food eater, eating far too much of the wrong thing person going and here I am 3.5 stone lighter and feeling amazing!
