mullerlite

I used to have muller light. but I dont think you are suppost to (i think it might contain citric acid- but check) I found it was ok for me and didnt affect my ketosis or make me hungry/ get cravings after.

But everyone's different. maybe try a bit and check your ketosis level to see if ur ok- prehaps on a day where you know you wont be surrounded by temptations for a day or two so it'll be easier to get back in to ketosis.

But they were a life saver for me. I used to have one about 7/8pm when i'd usually have sugar cravings. they can be good frozen too

On the website it says you can exchange your milk allowance for fat free yogurt. Can this be a mullerlite?
