My 1st day!

Yeh black coffee isnt as great, but its not too bad.... Ok well after the shake this morning that did really fill me up. I then felt ok this afternoon, only the hunger kicked in around 4 ish so i had a salad (hope thats right) then for dinner i had the chicken soup. this evening i ventured to asdas and brought a load of bottled water, as i dont like drinkin from the taps.... and it has gone down well and i find the more i drink the more full i feel. so all in all not a bad 1st day!

I think I will be cuttin the coffee down anyways, and replace it with water....my caffeine intake must be sky high! lol xx

Hi hun, glad you had a good start to the day, how did the res of the day go?

I still have coffee, I have about 2-3 a day with my 200ml skimmed milk allowance, black coffee is just icky!

Yayy well today is finally here and I have begun my morning with a strawberry shake and I found it absolutely yummy! Nice and thick and filling, its going to be hard switching to black coffee, as I was a heavy coffee drinker with loads of milk. Has anyone else started today?
