i messed up big time HELP

oh good luck kell, i messed up yesterday bit time, and it was only my second day, had one big pizza and loads of sweets, i thought if i'm gonna mess up.. best do it bigtime, anyway back on it today with a vengance,

Im glad its not just me ! lets make a pact to report back here to each other with our weight loss for the week (i wont cheat if you don't ). I did Cambridge last year and lost five stone i found knowing that someone was coming round to weigh me made me less likely to cheat so were just imagine were weighing each other ! Good luck for the week ahead. Anyone else who wants to join us for a next Wednesday weigh in is more than welcome.

Forget yesterday, today is a fresh start, you CAN do it, you've proved that already, even I am restarting AGAIN today!

Don't worry about the scales, once you have 'been', then most of that will have gone, fluids change, and the alimentary canal can hold quite alot-a mug of tea weighs a pound!!!!!

Stay with it, 3 days and you're back in ketosis, I'm right there with you, report back for support, keep checking in here for morale boosts, we're all in the same boat! Keep rowing!!!

I am soooooooooo cross with myself stuck with the diet 100% had my first week weigh in 7 pounds lost was feeling very chuffed went to a works meeting and it all went horribly wrong. I just couldn't resist the sweets, chocs and buffet lunch ate so much my tummy hurt! Anyway weighed myself this morning and i'd put five of those pounds back on making my weight loss for week one two pounds. I have taken myself out of ketosis. So the plan is start a fresh today i could kick myself !!!
