Hi Katy,

Not much difference really as so low anyway, but main difference as I understand, is that the WC products are higher protein and lower in carbs. Pixies please correct if I'm wrong, but I prefer the choc total to the WC, Have WC soups as were available first and found four flavours that I like, but the WC strawberry is ok if diluted enough as the sweetness comes as a shock, but fewer seeds!
Hope this helps. Smile

Total or Weight control?! Empty Total or Weight control?!

Post by katyjay Wed Jan 27, 2010 9:42 am

Hi all, i'm on week 3, 16lbs down!!!

Have been on the total products and i'm confused because I thought they were the lower calorie products but now I see the WC is lower? AND you have more choice!

Should I deffo be on WC if I want to restrict my intake to the bare minimum?

Thanks

Katy x
