As it is the New Year we have had many new clients who are unsure of what they are allowed on their selected programme. Hopefully this link will help.

Here you will find all the programmes and permitted foods, select the plan you are interested and in the box is the info you will need and further down the page it broken down even further. The Daily Requirement is what you must have, you can then have optional extra's if you wish, these are a choice.
