Changes to VIP discount

Hi there, Thanks for your post and hopefully I can explain. The 5% monthly Discount has been replaced with a 10% joining discount code which is a one time use code and not monthly.

The monthly 5% VIP Discount code was provided throughout 2013 as an incentive to get our secret Slimmers Group off and running. In October or November it was announced that in 2014 it would cease and there would instead be a 10% VIP Discount Joining code for 2014, as a way of thanking clients for joining, and we would also have sporadic offers through out the year for our Social clients of forum, twitter and secret Slimmers.

Unfortunately I believe the point of the Social VIP Code was to thank Secret Slimmers, Twitters and Forum members for posting and chatting amongst themselves, sort of diet buddies, unfortunately many joined, used the codes and never posted, which really wasn't the point of the Social Discount.

The 5% discount codes are still accepted if you have any unused and we still offer the 2% Discount on Loyalty Points to our clients. You can also receive 10% Discount for Liking our Official Facebook Page and We are presently running a Facebook Fan Competition on there where you only need to comment to be entered.

We also hope to run further comps and giveaways for our loyal and VIP social clients throughout 2014.

The website ordering page is telling me that the code shown as valid for 12 months can only be used once?? Is that right? So no more discounts??? They used to be monthly .... Not much incentive for us regulars
