Well done for quitting the ciggies. i gave up on November 7th after 12 years of smoking. Am now moving forward to tackle my next problem of my weight. How have you found being on the diet and not smoking?

Im Tommy from Ireland so if there is anyone starting doing the kee I feel your pain

Ive alot of weight to lose...so theres no going back or chickening out even though its so tempting but when your as heavy as me its life or death....
Well maybe not as bad as that but when your 26 stone everything is difficult and its heart attack and diabetes territory.

I gave up cigerrettes last June after 20 years so I think anything is possible.

Anyways its 4 weeks till Xmas and I hope to lose alot of weight prior to that.
