I've just re started (3 days in) after a while off the waggon. so virtually starting the same time.

Hope you enjoy your weekend, will you be doing the introduction bit or having a blow out?
I'd deff reccoment avoiding refined carbs and sugar whre possible, will make your first few days much easier.
