Hi Jeanette,
I have done Kee before with great results but still have more to lose so am back to shift the rest of my weight. Today is my first day too. The first few days are quite tricky but after that it is all plain sailing! The kee meal bars always help with sugar cravings if you like to eat something sweet. When I was on Kee before I read that you can have sugar free Jelly (the advice was to check that you are in full ketosis first and to check that the jelly doesn't take you out of ketosis I think) I found that it did not affect ketosis for me and used to make up a sachet divide it in to four small pots and just have one of those if I really fancied something sweet. I hope this helps and good luck it really is worth getting through this hard part I promise!
Looking forward to hearing your progress especially as we are starting at the same time.

Welcome aboard new KeeBee. Best tip is to focus on surviving the first 3 days, take each day as it comes, break it down into quarters and if you are fancying foods drink water and keep going til the next quarter, then have your product and more water. If you cave and know you are going to eat conventional foods, use your optional salad /vegetables as a survival kit or take an extra product. You will still go into ketosis, will stick to your plan and you will get to day 4 when most generally start to feel more in control. From then on the longer you go the easier it becomes, so much so that most generally lose interest in food.

In the early days water is the Kee to surviving on a TFR. Once in ketosis your cravings will slowly diminish and they will not be as strong and therefore hopefully sense will prevail and win and you will not cheat.

Good luck hope to see you posting again that you are now on day 4 LOL

All the best
