Hi & Welcome
Hi Sylvia, a big welcome to the Kee Diet
Sounds like you know what you are doing, but hopefully it will be reassuring to have us in the background should you need a pat on the back or a kick up the bottom LOL.
Remember to approach each 12 weeks as a set and then break for a week moving up to Etiq One. I understand from memory that LL allow you to continue over 12 weeks but it is strongly advised to take a break. It used to be every 4 weeks but now NICE allow 12 weeks continuous use of a VLCD.
Good Luck and keep focused for best results.

Hi All,
Started last Thursday - resisting the temptation to weigh myself 'til Thur morning.
I did LighterLife in 2006 and lost 8 stone, so I know VLCDs work !!
After having both knees replaced (not both at once) I was not as active as I should have been and have managed to put 5 stone back on.
I'm going to shift that 5 and then some (I'm 121/2 stone overweight for my height).
I'm aiming to get there within 18 months max. and if I'm lucky it'll be before Xmas 2011.
Tough targets, but do-able.
My Husband is going to try 2+ food as well (He needs to shift about 8 stone), but he won't start 'til he's had a sip/taste of mine.
Our furniture will certainly thank us
Sylvia
