hi to everyone and happy new year, i have just ordered my food packs and awaiting delivery, i was on the lighterlife plan (coslty) and lost 4.5stone let myself slip since been poorly, but now back to full swing i need to loose 2 stone, anyone got any tips or advice im open to them all, also has anyone been on ths det ong and whats the results like ,
