HI everyone just recieved my packs and looking forward to getting started. Ive done LL in the past and lost 6 st but sadly put on 4 of it again over the past 2 years. Ive been reading a lot of your posts and you all are full of enthusiasm so i hope it rubs off on me wish me luck as monday is day 1

Hi everyone, have tried to start this plan again for the third time but really struggling.(hopefully 3rd time lucky)
Have done LL in the past but weight is creeping back on, I miss the the support of the LL meetings so thought if I join in the forum that would help, you all seem so supportive of each other.
Anyway Day 1 and Im feeling optimistic (again) so fingers crossed.

Hello - have just started the Total Replacement diet - day 3 and doing fine! Hubby doing it with me (he needs to lose a bit more than me) and he is also dong fine so far!
