Re: Sarah's Kee Journey, back after a little blip...
Hi all,
Feel absolutely rubbish today, I had a binge on mini pork pies, cheddars, chocolate & sweets yesterday.....
So today I feel terrible, I had stomach ache yesterday evening and this morning and also had really bad indigestion all night, serves me right I suppose.... I dont know why I did it just needed to I guess.... I am really dissappointed in myself.
I weighed myself this morning, I have put 3lbs on!! So basically I have put back on what I lost last week.
Oh well, draw a line, start afresh today, I am going to stay on track and keep topping up the water

I am having a good week this week as my boyfriend started the kee diet on Monday so I have been guiding him through the worst of it....
He is coping really well and not complaining at all (which is unlike him) I think he realises how tough the first week can be, and is noticing a difference in his clothes already
It has been so much easier with us both being on this diet as I havent got to cook his dinner etc and have the temptation!!

Hi Sarah lucky you! How much weight has your boyfriend got to lose, if you don't mind me asking? My position is the opposite. My daughter and my 2 young grandchildren have had to move back in with us and now I face more temptation, the house is full of crisps, sweeets, biscuits etc so I am finding it harder. Still I haven't given in YET! I also have to cook proper meals every night, before my husband was happy with a snacky type meal a couple of times a week. I have my holiday in 6 weeks so that is giving me reason to carry on. I went out shopping yesterday and bought myself a few clothes in the M&S sale. Got some really good bargins!
Take care

Morning all,
I have lost another 2lbs this week, not as much as I had hoped but my routine has been all over the place as I have been on a first aid course Wed-Fri so I havent managed to get loads of water down me as it wasnt practical!
I have been majorly constipated too but I have recitified that problem now so all is good

He could have easily lost 3 or 4 by now, but he does look much healthier and it's been great that it's been HIM on the diet (since I finished) not ME for a change! It will be a big help that your boyfriend is doing kee too, I'm sure.
I've posted a bit of an update on my thread so won't repeat it all here, I will keep checking in to see how you girls are doing, and wish you all the best - stick in there you can do it hon!!

Hi Julie,
Thank you My goal is to finally reach my 11 stone goal! I cant wait for my boyfriend to start it as then he will realise what a struggle it can be at times.
I dont think my boyfriend needs to lose weight but I think with me looking healthier at his made him think about himself.
Well done on maintaining your loss, fingers crossed I can be as disciplined as you when I get to maintenance.

Re: Sarah's Kee Journey, back after a little blip...
Morning Chaps,
I had a sneaky weigh in today as I have been feeling rather low the past few days (starting kee diet & TOTM) and I have lost 6lbs, yippppeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
I tested myself this morning and I am not in ketosis yet, but it doesnt always show as I know, oh well hopefully soon
I cant tell you how much better I feel today, it is worth the struggle though of the first 3-4 days x x x x

Re: Sarah's Kee Journey, back after a little blip...
I am on Day 4 now, been feeling really lethargic and weak ( it has also been my TOTM this week, what bad timing!) but I am feeling better this evening, hopefully I will feel alot better tomorrow and hopefully be in ketosis
My boyfriend Paul is joining my on the Kee diet in a few weeks after he has eaten all the food in the house, bless him!
So it will be so much easier to get to my goal of 11 stone if we are both doing it x x
