Sazabaza's Kee Journey - Back yet again.... Empty 3rd week...

Post by sazabaza Mon Jan 24, 2011 10:42 pm

Morning peeps,

Into my 3rd week now, lost 11lbs so far and I am feeling back to my old self again, I hate being overweight as I got up to 15 stone which I hated!! Evil or Very Mad

Just need to get into my 13 stones now (only 5 lbs to go) and I will be completely back on track for a slim summer..... Cool

My boyfriend has come off it now as he only wanted to lose a stone or so which he has achieved in 2 weeks, he just needs to maintain it now.

So I am flying solo again which will be more difficult as I cook his dinner etc but I can do it as I have done it before... Neutral

Hope everyone is doing ok x x

Hi vashti,

Welcome back Smile

I am in full flow now with my FMRP plan, not hungry at all, but I do have moments where I am bored and want to eat something for the sake of it but have resisted so far.....

Knocking back the water as we speak, hopefully I will have a good weigh in for week 2.

Thanks Jewels Smile

I am great at drinking water when I am at work as we have a water dispenser on the kitchen so when my cup is empty I go and fill it up again... I am terrible at the weekends so I make up for it in the week!!

The white & green meal is basically made up from the list of permitted foods i.e. chicken and some salad... or my fave tuna in spring water and some lettuce Smile

I dont have it every day but I feel it helps me on my journey so I dont stray off the diet!

I am really annoyed that I have put so much weight back on but I am in the swing of it now so I am in the zone

It has been a great help that my boyfriend is doing it with me so I dont feel left out, we sit together and play on the Xbox to occupy our time rather than eating takeaways....

When you have been weighed at the doctors try and get back onto it as you will feel so much better.... good luck hun x x .

Post by sazabaza Tue Jan 18, 2011 9:47 pm

I weighed myself yesterday and I have lost 8lbs this week, which appears to be the usual amount I lose in the first week Smile

I am feeling great, I can fit back into my size 14 jeans that I bought over the Christmas break, they were so tight I couldnt breathe but I wasnt going to buy a size 16 as they would have been massive on me now...

I know I say this every time but I am determined to keep the weight off and start eating healthy, also I have frozen my gym membership for this month but will enjoy getting back into it once I feel ok doing exercise!

I am feeling better about drinking my water as well, my bladder appears to be getting used to the huge amount I am drinking although I do have to plan my routes home just in case I need to have an emergency dash (like just now) Laughing

Really enjoying my free week's worth of food packs, I ordered some sample packs of the wafers and some of the chilli, BBQ and cheese & chive snacks, they are gorgeous, I feel really naughty eating them Wink The wafers are divine, I was heaven eating the vanilla one Smile

Hoep everyone is doing well x x

Set you mobile alarm, hungry or not have a product, you should be eating around every 4 hours so for example 9am breakfast, alarm rings and 12.45pm - not really hungry but get you product ready and eat before over hungry. Then around 4.45pm alarm again and time to get ready for your next product, maybe put the kettle on to have a coffee or tea with your bar. Then 8.45pm off the alarm goes, must be time to eat again, how about a Hot Chocolate before you climb the Slumber Stairs....

Another day of success, just make sure in between your products you are drinking your water.

I am in a good routine now, one pack at 8am, one at 12.30pm, one at 4 pm then my last one at about 7pm or 8pm or a white & green meal depending on how I feel when I get home Smile

I have lost 8lbs this week so well into ketosis now, so pleased that I have managed to get back on the diet as I feel fab already Razz

Sazabaza's Kee Journey - Back yet again.... Empty Sazabaza's Kee Journey - Back yet again....

Hi Guys,

I am back in control of my eating, it got way out of hand over Christmas, half a stone heavier, oh dear!!

I started on the 1st January as I knew I would be at home for the first 3 days, as I know how awful/lifeless I feel so I did nothing but laze around & watch telly Smile

I am now on Day 4 and I have forgotten to have my first pack of the day, naughty me.... had a chocolate shake about 30 mins ago, I am feeling fab so I must be in ketosis by now Very Happy

Hope everyone is doing well Razz
