Hi Julie,

My BMI at the moment is 30.8 so I am still classed as obese, I want to get to around 11 stone as this would be at the top end of my healthy BMI. I am 5'6" btw.

I am going to see how I go as I am much happier now I have lost my weight, although I still see myself as fat!! But I am no where near fat as I was at 18 stone.

Awww bless him, thats really good that he got them for you, I am so glad I discovered them.... Very Happy

Have fun 2moro with PC, don't get too wet.

Wow Sarah nearly size 12 that's fantastic well done! I see you are still hoping to lose 2 stones - what weight are you trying to get down to hon?? (If I were a size 12 I'd be thrilled and would defo be giving up this diet - but I don't know tall you are?)

Hubbie got me the husk capsules yesterday too (he even looked at the carbs and said there were some in the loose powder, but not the capsules so he got them - bless - got him well-trained??). So I think we are both back on track now and thanks for the tip! I kinda knew this but had managed 9 weeks without a problem....but I will be taking them regularly now to avoid that situation again!

Have a good day! I'm off swimming with the kids as the weather is so miserable here. Oh and Prince Charles is coming tomorrow - what fun, standing around in the rain so the kids can see him!!

Sarah that's fab! (Told you you wouldn't be disappointed once you got going!)
After a great week last week I have struggled this week - got very constipated (resolved now - I hope!) so don't feel I've lost much at all yet. Fingers crossed!.....

Hi Sarah,

Please don't get depressed, that's how I'm battling to get back onto it still due to mistake of falling off wagon!

Yesterday you wrote that you had a fibogel thingy that had citric acid. This may have knocked you out of ketosis, and therefore you're fluids retained etc will be up the pole! So get right back on your rails, and it will come clean on next weeks weigh in! It happens to us all, but follow the rules again and will will straighten out again, and you will be on the winning side again VERY soon!

Good luck! Very Happy

Totally fed up today, I bought some Fybogel yesterday, the plain one as it is supposed to have no citric acid in it.
I had two sachets yesterday, it did the trick to help me go but I read the ingredients today and it contains citric acid!!! Argghhh no wonder my stomach is rumbling..... I reckon it has knocked me out of ketosis Sad

Well p**ed off, gonna have my lunch early to help my rumbling tummy.

Hello All,

I am feeling fab today, 100% in ketosis now and not thinking about food apart from when I can smell toast at work, but I wanna get to my goal so I am not gonna spoil my good work by giving in!!

Had some sf jelly at the weekend, what a treat, it felt really naughty though.... tongue

I am also sleeping really well, even though I go to bed in my pj's, dressing gown & bed socks, hee hee!!
