Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
Hi Sarah, I totally know what you mean, ok so I was ill but I was so close to caving and eating anyway! I have eaten normally for two weeks - as in everything and anything but in moderation and have only gained 2lbs which I thought wasnt bad. Will shift this last 16lbs odd tho, if nothing else but to say i've done it. Please dont feel bad, your body needs what it needs

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
Sarah, there's no way you should feel ashamed, you have done AMAZINGLY well to lose so much so far, and to stick to diets so well for so long.
I have had the strongest urge so far to do this as well hon, I've managed to resist so far but I know how hard it is (some days harder than others). I Sooooo had the urge to polish off crisps and cheese while making the kids' tea tonight - much more strongly than any time before - my body really feels as if it needs REAL FOOD now (which I guess is a good thing in a way). I am coping by basically having an EQ1 meal every now and then when the packs really just won't do (a couple of eggs or some ham instead of a pack, that sort of thing) but REALLY looking forward to the end of FMRP in 3 weeks' time! I honestly can't wait!
But I have total faith in you, hon, you have come so far already using a range of different diets, I am sure you will work out what suits you best to lose this last bit...and remember, we are in it together, we are still at more or less the same stage. And we WILL get to our goals before long!
So here's to success!
Good luck!
Julie

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
I have well and truly fallen off the wagon, I am ashamed to say
I have been eating normally since Monday, and put on a couple of pounds, I was feeling really ill on Monday hence why I started eating.
I am starting to do Etiquette 2 as I feel my body needs some food now.....
I will shift this last 26lbs if it kills me!!

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
Hi Julie,
I had a bad day yesterday, felt really faint all morning but managed to drink lots and eat all my packs so last night I decided to up my calories for a few weeks as I only appear to be losing around 1-2lbs a week....
So I started doing Etiquette 2 as I was aleady sort of doing Etiquette 1, so I am now on 1000 cals a day, what a difference, I am so bright and bubbly today, its fab!!
I still have 26lbs to lose but I will get there by having food as well.....

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
Thanks Sarah, I still felt rather weird and gurgly yesterday but nothing to what poor Katy has been going through, poor thing, she has gastric flu and her GP told her to come off the diet while she gets over it.
I felt fine again today and went to work as normal (boo hoo!)
I lost 3lbs last week but that was all before the stomach thing started, strange isn't it? Anyway I am pleased.
Hope you have a good week hon.

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
That's great Sarah well done!
Not sure what my scales will say on Monday, I seem to have a stomach bug, or something has upset it for some reason. So feeling a bit yeuch at the moment!
I notice for some reason your thread has 2 pages to it, I wonder if that's why sometimes old posts come up again?
Have a good weeked (quiet around here isn't it?)

Made up another sachet and drank it warm yesterday, that was quite nice too! Might stock up a bit more now I've got started...any port in a storm and all that.....
Stick it out a while longer hon! But I like your style of trying one diet for a while then moving on to another...better than being quite rigid like I have, maybe?.....you are obviously doing them all properly and getting great results!
Good luck whatever you decide
Julie X
My usual meal is a 2 egg omelette with some mushrooms & peppers, I really look forward to it of an evening, I even have some slices of chicken/ham with it as a treat
I have had sf jelly from the 2nd week and I feel it has helped me so much and fills me up really quickly too!! And like you say it is nice to taste something different.
I will be ok, I have a sneaky weigh in this morning and I am 12 stone 13lbs.... so this is enough to keep me motivated

Yeah same here, love them, I also love the apple crumble & yoghurt, my fave has to be chocolate crunch as I love chocolate so much and it keeps my cravings at bay, gone off the cranberry & pomegranate as I don't like the texture....

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
My stomach seems rather grumbly this week, pretty sure I am still in ketosis as I havent had anything I shouldnt have.....
Ordered some more food packs today, gonna try the white choc & lemon bars and the hot chocs rather than the Total choc shakes, phasing out the soups I have too as it will be warmer weather soon
So looking forward to receiving my parcel tomorrow or Friday..... I have really gone off the Cranberry & Pomegrate bars as I dont like the texture and I have quite a few left, got one today But I wont waste them!
Gonna do my Wii Sports Active tonight, really looking forward to it as I have had a few days rest as I dont want to overdo it!
Feeling really cold today so I am finding it hard to drink my water, might have a hot water with a sprinkling of water flavouring....
Hope everyone is doing ok x x

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
Sazabaza, 1lb is still pretty good, I know it seems like a small amount but if you have actually physically seen a pound of fat before you be surprised how big it actually is.
Also there is the possibilty that you weighed yourself when you have a lot of water retention, sometimes you can weigh in the evening and it can be very different from the morning or vice versa.
A big well done to you!

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
Feeling rather down today, I have the week off as I need to sort out various financial things and I really feel like eating.....
I could murder a Macdonalds or something, dont get me wrong I am not hungry in the slightest but it is emotional hunger which has made me fat in the first place
I have bought some ham and turkey slices so I may just have to eat them if I feel the need, better than full on carbs & fat eh??
On a good note, I bought a size 14 skirt in a charity shop and fits lovely I am refusing to pay full price for anything that may not fit me in a few months!!

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
Well done my love thats brilliant!
I remember being 'just' overweight rather than obese, makes you feel like you've really achieved something and altered your health in such a positive way, wait til it says 'normal weight' oh to be normal!!!!
3lbs is great if I can stick to that too i'll be at target in 7 weeks....2 weeks before my 30th!

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
wowzer, you are doing fantastic!
I'm going to stop once i'm in a size 12 trouser, 16 jeans are baggy and cant breathe in exactly the same style size 14 so another stone and a half should do it and thats my 70lb target to take me to 12 stone and bmi 23.5 (i'm 5ft 11)
I am so excited about starting some real food next week, my lifestyle is so hectic i'm going straight onto EQ1 rather than kee lite then EQ1, i've been having a bit of chicken every day with my salad and still lost 3lbs last week so I think I might have been doing kee lite anyway. Planned lots of different meals....cottage pie, curry, chicken casserole, will try the recipes out before unleashing them onto everyone!
Keep up the good work everyone!

Re: Sazabaza's Kee Journey....
Hi Julie,
My BMI at the moment is 30.8 so I am still classed as obese, I want to get to around 11 stone as this would be at the top end of my healthy BMI. I am 5'6" btw.
I am going to see how I go as I am much happier now I have lost my weight, although I still see myself as fat!! But I am no where near fat as I was at 18 stone.
Awww bless him, thats really good that he got them for you, I am so glad I discovered them....
Have fun 2moro with PC, don't get too wet.
