Hi hun and welcome! I'm Katy, 29, married to Jay and we have 2 daughters, Molly 4.5yrs and Livi 8.5 months. I totally know what its like to stuff yourself when pregnant, I was never small anyway but it just piled on!

I'm on week 4, had 13lb loss in week 1, 3lb in week 2 and 6lbs in week 3 totalling 22lbs! I feel fantastic, its habit to me now like it was stuffing my face before I started lol! Determination and willpower is key, I have drummed it into myself that I can't cheat or i'll come out of ketosis and there wll have been no point putting all this effort in if I don't see it through to the end

Really hope you get a good loss for your first weigh in, let us know how it goes

hi my names pat, i started monday, but fell off the wagon on tuesday but back on with a vengance today i'm a bit worried because i work as a psychiatric nurse and i'm on nights for the next two weeks, so will be interesting to see how i get on, so fingers crossed for everyone!! and will see what the way in is next week!!

hi there my name Elaine ive been on it 3 wks tomorrow so weigh in tomorrow in 2 wks I lost a stone on the full replacement plan 3 shakes 1 bar and 3 to 4 litres of water. my first two days were awful i started it on a friday to enable me to get accustomed to it to start work Monday. Its going well im wanting to lose 3 stone in 10 weeks then I will be very careful with a low carb diet and try to accustom myself to healthy eating

hi my names sophie.. and im 20.. im new to this diet and im on day 4 and it seems to be going well. i am a little hungry still but not like the first two days. i have my sons christening in 5 weeks and i desperately want to look good for it and then my 21st birthday in 10 weeks.. i used to be a size 8 but then i had my baby and ate and ate and put on 3 1/2 stone :-( so i am determined to do this.. what results have people had doing this diet?? i am doing the total meal replacement plan
