HELP! NEW TO KEE DIET Empty HELP! NEW TO KEE DIET

Post by ajoyce Sat Nov 21, 2009 1:28 am

Hello,

I am new to the Kee diet and so confused. Can anyone help? I want to do the total programme - do i choose three products or four per day? i ordered cream of chicken soup (twice) but appear to have chicken broth (twice) is it the same? the calorie content is much higher thane advertised so 4 per day equates to over 800 calories?

Any help advice wld be apprecated, as usual i've left it a month until xmas to do something about my weight!!

Many thanks

ajoyce
