Hi leanne29 you can mix them with a bit more or less water depends on how you like them i mix mine thicker as if they are to thin you feel hungeryer sooner snack xx

Hi Leanne and welcome.

Yes just use like you did with LL. A word of warning tho you need to mix all the soups with cold water before adding hot.

Don't know if your going for the soups but thought I would mention it.

I've only just started this - bit of a blimp today but was doing well!

I mix mine with water - I think it's about 250ml or so - i think it depends how thick you like them.

Hi

I have just received my pack of total shakes and bars etc for the full meal replacement. It says to mix with milk - is this right ? I thought it should be with water for it to be a 450cal vlcd so as you get into and remain in ketosis???When on lighterlife you mix the shakes with water - would appreciate any help
