Thanks - has cheered me a bit - and nearly at 1.5 litres after this glass is finished Wink

If I could be sure of a stone a month that would be great but ....

Imp's return Empty 7kg 4 weeks weight loss

Post by Admin Sat Feb 01, 2014 1:17 am

Hi Imp, well done, by my calculations that is 1kg=2.2lb so that's 15.5lb that's over a stone lost in your first month and brilliant.

If you don't have as much to lose as last time weight loss may be different but losing just under 4lb every week is a great achievement and you have done well. Keep up the good work Smile Lots of water Smile

4 week weigh in and only 7kg *sigh*
Still that is just over a stone (only just) Not fast enough for my liking for the first month but I will plod on for another week or two and hope things start shifting soon.

Its funny how a VLCD will do that sometimes. You do absolutely nothing different but your weight loss can be lower. Stay focused and hopefully you'll get rewarded with a whopping weight loss next week. Sometimes your body just puts the pause button on for a short time, just to check everything is okay.

Nice that we are looked after, isn't it xx Smile

5.4 Kg in 2 weeks. Not too bad. Enough to keep me on track at least! Hopefully it will stay a steady if unspectacular loss now.

Am back and I have been very steady despite having to cope with aged aunt in hospital. When i get anxious I eat ...
Anyway = i packed all my things and when I arrived at friends discovered i had forgotten to get the box of porridge!! Disaster .,... Anyway i avoided the cereal boxes in the cupboard and had a poached egg instead each morning. It didnt seem that much but i wasnt really hungry. Weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Good to hear from you again. Loved your take on the 5:2 Diet, had a giggle about that one. Keep in touch and let us know how you're getting on and if you need any advice to restart xx

Order now in and waiting for packs but have enough to keep us going for a few days. I am off to visit friends tomorrow I think (depends on lots of factors) but she knows and I am taking packs so hopefully will be strong! Week weigh in on Friday but so far over 3Kg lost ( i had to check before i go!) so incentive to keep going. No update to weight though till I get back home next week.
