You should be ok to use Evening Primrose Oil whilst following a plan. We haven't had anyone come to us and report that it has affected them, so if you would like to then of course give it a try and let us know how you get on

Hi

Does anyone know if I can take 1000mg capsule of evening primrose oil without it affecting ketosis?? confused 

Since I had a baby my skin has never been the same and I want to take this supplement but only if it doesn't affect ketosis...any advice would be gratefully received!!
