Promises, Promises...
Hi KeeBees!
Hope we are all still on track and doing well this week!?
Dont forget to let us know how you are getting on....
So today we wanted to ask you about promises...
In January so many people make resolutions that often dont make it to February and this month can be a time of deflation because of this.. the lack of Vitamin D from the ever-hiding sunshine and the remainder of the dark evenings can sometimes add to it so we wanted to boost ourselves in the office with talk of what we want just for ourselves from 2013..
We thought we would take it step by step, one month at a time and this is what some of us came up with for what we'd like to get out of February:
1) [i]To take time out for a new hair cut or a trim
2) Get into those jeans that have been sat in the wardrobe that are just that little bit too small!
3) Incorporate a new healthy habit into life... get on the Wii Fit at least twice a week!
4) Get the bike out of the shed and go for a nice, quiet ane peaceful ride when a sunny day shows its face![/i]
Thats just some of the ideas that came up in the office...what do you want to do this month to stay healthy, fit and stimulated?
