Tuesday anyone?
Hi KeeBees!
How are we all feeling today? And we mean 'Feeling'... not just a passing comment of
'Hi how are you?'
'Yeah, im ok thanks'
blah blah blah...
We mean your emotions and whats going on in our lives that can really knock onto our plans etc. We survived Blue Monday last week and have all come out the other side fighting fit but we are aware that so many things can tip us one way or another and it can affect our eating habits. For many of us we dont find enough time in the day to really look after ourselves or to take a moment out 'just for us' and we all know how horrible that can be!
February in the USA is National Time Management Month and when we heard about this in the office we decided to make a plan and give ourselves at least one activity to do each week that is 'just for us' - one of our ladies is going to Yoga each Thursday, one is going to have a nice bubble bath, one is going to read a chapter of a book or an article in a magazine and one of us is going to leave the washing up one night a week and let the kids do it!
We have decided that we need to manage our time and not forget to incorporate ourselves into what is our 'own' lives...
Many of us believe that there isnt the time to slow down or find that bit of time, especially when we have young families - but if we all look hard enough there will be that little something just for you!
So as Blue Monday is now gone and we are all still following our plans and doing well - why not have a reward and do just a little something of what you fancy!?
It feeds the soul and can make all the difference to ones outlook and morale..
So next time we ask 'How are you?' your answer might just surprise you
