Day 3 of the Keediet Empty Re: Day 3 of the Keediet

Post by slimmer mikey Thu Aug 16, 2012 11:34 pm

Hi Nas.

At the time of my last post I had lost a further 4lbs since my previous weigh in, taking me to 10lbs in total. I had eaten a certain way for 4 days ahead of starting the shakes, and I had done nearly a week on the shakes. I think most people can lose quite a lot in the first week. There is food in transit in your gut that has some weight to it that makes part of your week 1 loss.

How are you getting on?

She's not on the diet now, but did go on it for about 4 weeks just to get a few pounds off before our wedding - she's only 8 1/2 stone so no need for any dieting but the soya puffs are just too good not to have in replacement of other snacks.

Thanks I will definitely try the BBQ ones, so your on the diet with your partner? Mines trying to stop smoking so he keeps eating more including me keediet bars Smile

Mikey...you have lost 1 in less than a week??? Wow well done. How much weight do you have to lose in total?

Yes this is my first time on the Keediet, I have tried Atkins, Cambridge, Slimming World, Calorie Counting...everything except this one. Always been a yo yo dieter, would lose the weight keep it off for a year or two and then back to square one I go. Im 5ft 2inch and started my weigh in at 11st 10lb, I've found that Im a comfortable size 10 at 9st 10lb.

Good Luck to both of you.

Nas, those soy puffs are superb, we really love the BBQ ones and my other half prefers them to normal crisps now as they are much healthier.

Well done making a start Nas. Is this your first time with the Kee Diet? How much are you looking to lose?

There is enough variety to find things that you will like. I'm nearly at the end of my first week and it's been going OK, although today has been a tough day. I wasn't going to weigh myself until Tuesday but I got on the scales today and it looks like I've lost about 10lbs which is another 4lbs since starting on the Kee Diet.

Day 3 of the Keediet Empty Day 3 of the Keediet

Post by atha173 Mon Jul 30, 2012 2:00 am

So far so good....I know I shouldn't weigh myself but I did.....Ive lost 3.4 lbs in 2 days very happy.

I am sitting here eating the lemon sorbet puffs as I'm typing this ........interesting taste not sure if I like them or hate them.

The best ones so far are the shakes made in to puddings, not quite sure about the porridge or the lemon and white choc bars...lets hope I don't get bored of the puddings!!

Would love to know how everyone else is getting on with their first couple of days.

Nas
