Spaghetti Bolognese

Thank you so much for your help, its really appreciated. I'm not too keen on the bars, soups or shakes, although the Butterscotch/Toffee dessert that you can make as a shake is really nice, so to be able to have two Spaghetti Bolognese or Chilli's a day is an absolute lifesaver.

Hi Tanzibert,

Danni is absolutely right, yes, you can have a couple a day. I often have a chilli for lunch, and a spag bol, or cottage pie for dinner, and I have a bit of veg with each of those meals. They feel more like a meal to me, so psychologically, I think it's having a positive effect of convincing me I've eaten a proper meal.

You can have them twice a day or more just bars or snacks only once a day.

Can you have spaghetti bolognese more than once a day, I'm on the total meal replacement and prefer this to the soups and meal bars. I'd really appreciate any help.
