Hi Danni,

Well that sucks big time! If you've been on it totally then the result should show up. I can't think of any reason for it not to?? TOTM maybe? That's when I expect to have a trickier week, and possible water retention. I'll be combating that in the next week or so.

All I can say is, don't undo your 150% commitment, stick with it, and you should see the reward soon. Is there any way you can double check the accuracy of your scales, or hop on someone elses (or use Boots)? Could the battery be dodgy? I know that although our's are digital, I need to try to keep it positioned in the same place to get a like for like reading. We have a slightly wonky floorboard in there, and it catches me out. It can mean the difference between a gain/loss for me too.

Our event was OK. Saturday busier than today, which was a total washout. It's been like a monsoon here all day, and water just pooling, then cascading across roads. Ditches overflowing, drains spewing out rainwater, because they're just so full. Not seen anything like it for a long time. Glad I don't live in a valley, that's for sure!

Not sure I believe the weather forecast for tomorrow, which predicts sunshine, a bit of cloud and 16*C... are they having a laugh with us? My OH is hoping it's going to be dry, because he's off doing a track-day tomorrow afternoon/evening (mad fool)!

My WI is tomorrow. No idea how I might do, so it'll be stepping on with trepidation tomorrow morning.

Will let you know how I get on. Keep yer chin up!

Hiya Sarah

Well I'm truly frigged off today I thought I'd weigh myself as I've ben sooooooooooo good this week like 150% on it and I've gained a lb!!!!!!!!!! How the moley did that happen?????

I've drunk more water then is in the Thames! I've stuck to the food packs and veg allowance so unless my scales are broken I'm clueless. Sob sob!!!

Anyway how's your weekend been?? Up'd the water? I saw on FB that you were at a castle selling cakes hope went really well for you and you didn't get washed out.

Catch up soon

Hey Danni,

Well done for being so focused, and being 100%. I must admit I've not been so good with my water intake, but the week has been so busy, that I just forget to drink and eat when it's like that. Also had a super early morning yesterday (4.30am start!) and I'm sure that dehydrated me due to the lack of sleep, and being on the road for 8 hrs. I've had a bit of a waterworks infection this week too, so I have tried to drink more water when I could, and remembered. Danni, I think over the weeks I've worn the stairs carpet threadbare with my loo trips.

I hope it doesn't have too much of an adverse effect on my loss come WI day.

Good luck with your WI.

Hi Everyone ... Empty Doing right this week!!

Post by Dannib78 Fri Apr 27, 2012 10:59 pm

Hey Alll

This week I'm really cracking down and focus'd 100% so I've been through the hunger pains headache and mardy stages!
I've drunk so much water that the drought is still on and have brought a new toilet seat as I was bored of looking at the plain white one every 20 mins or so when going for a wee!

I've tried the new cheese and bacon omelette and it tastes ok just sticks to the blinking pan! Taste really yummy with balsamic vinegar!

Hope you've all had a really good week!!

Wow Trazzer, that's a brilliant result, I bet you're really happy with that.

Have you begun to notice the difference in the shrinking you yet?

Hope you have another successful week ahead.
