Sounds like you have a real busy work load!! I struggle with looking after the babies I couldn't get my brain engaged in work at the minute can't seem to keep house organised let alone the business leave the husband to it now! I'm just the scary one now with roots and a fat face!! But not for long haha!!!

I'm glad to hear that the cheese ones are edible for you. I love the omellettes as I find them really filling and satisfying.

You're right on the job front. I'm Company Secretary for 5 different companies and I do all their admin and accounts! It can be quite testing at times, especially as I am studying as well to become a qualified accountant!

So with all of that and Kee, it can be a little bit OTT. But hey ho, we carry on and it will all be worth it in the end.

I usually weigh on a Friday, but the batteries had gone this morning, (must be checking too often!), so will weigh in tomorrow morning instead.

That's so kind of you but you savor the last of them I can eat them but just smell really bad mixing them!!!

It's hard sticking to this diet when life interferes all the time!!! Last time I did LL the kids were at school all day so I didnt need to worry about lunch or snacks and dinner was easier but now I have the 3 little ones they seem to continuously eat!!! Cereal toast fruit then a biscuit then lunch it goes on and on!!! But so far I've been good re snacking.

You sound as if you have a very demanding job so that must make it hard too.

I must admit the cheese ones are a bit smelly, but I think they're quite palatable. I love the omelette's, so quite looking forward to trying the new ones. I have some of the herb ones left, so if there were any you wanted to swap, just let me know?

I'm getting on ok, however yesterday was a washout completely as was in a board meeting all day, with no way of getting out for food, so had to eat non packs, which wasn't what I wanted this week.

But back on it with a vengeance today and hopefully not too far out of ketosis!

My philosophy is that whatever knocks you down, makes you stronger, so I know this is a long journey, but the view when I get there is going to be amazing!

Let me know how the Cheese & Bacon goes?

I do put herbs in it but the smell makes me gag when mixing the cheese on and I hate the cottage pies and dislike chilli at the best of times so didn't bother ordering any. I've just ordered omelette with bacon so hopefully will be ok.

I believe they have discontinued the herbs de provence omelettes and the cheese and bacon have taken their place.

My suggestion would be do add some herbs to your omelette of choice. I do and it makes a world of difference.
