Wow how happy you two must be, thats an incredible weight loss so well done to both of you.

Just wanted to say hello and let you all know I have enjoyed reading the forum posts.
I stared the VLCD with my sister on the 1st of April and a week later last Sunday we had both lost 12 lbs.
We are thrilled and very motivated.
