Hi Lucy,

Nice to see you are back on here again. Im glad to read that you are feeling a lot better now.

Well done on only gaining 3lb, that also takes some effort when you have to control your food
intake and your not well. Its so easy to take the easy options and make excuses for ourselves
so you did really well.

Have a great week and i look forward to sharing your success Smile

Love Sue x

Hi keebees

haven't posted for awhile but having been trying to keep up
reading all the posts on how you're getting on. Well done Sue on 22lb loss thats
fantastic, Kelly i'm sorry to read about your struggles you seem to have so much on you're plate
and yet you soilder on you're a real inspiration to everyone on here. Hi all
newbies will get round to chatting with each of you, but keep on going the first
weeks weight loss is sooo motivating.

I've personally had to come off plan the last week or so due to kidney problems, I have
some kidney damage from over a decade of continuous kidney infections as a child.
I think all the protein my kidneys were trying to filter on this diet just put an extra strain
on them. Anyway all is fine now and have only gained 3lbs so back on plan today
and feeling really motivated. I actually hated being off plan funnily enough. I felt out of control
even though i didn't go crazy or anything and tried to keep carbs low.

Have a good evening and chat soon.
