I am having banana, vanilla and butterscotch but have just order the white choc lemon bars for next week. I haven't tried anything else yet.

I have fallen for the wafers, they are so like bicsuits that it helps my cravings.

I mainly have the banana, vanilla, strawberry and butterscotch. I haven't really taken to the savoury ones.

Good news, my new wafers have just arrived, not had any for a couple of days!

Hi
My first post on this forum, but I have been doing the diet for 8 weeks now, and my progress so far is:

Week 1 -5.5lbs
Week 2 -4.5lbs
Week 3 -4.5lbs
Week 4 -3lbs
Week 5 -3lbs
Week 6 -3.5lbs
Week 7 -0.5lbs (not happy and moved to the lower carb protein range from the total range)
Week 8 -4.5lbs (better!)

How is everyone else doing?

Sara
