Feeling frustrated because my new order of packs still hasn't arrived. I'm sticking to low-carb foods in the meantime and I'm still in ketosis and haven't put on any weight again, but I just can't wait to get back on the packs again. Hoping they arrive on Monday!

Wow, so in a week on the Kee packs I've lost a whopping 8.5kg, which is 18.75lb! That's incredible! I know most of it is water and glycogen but it's still an amazing start to the end of my journey.

I've now run out of all the sample packs I ordered and submitted a new order last night for all my favourites. I have to say that for the most part I love the Kee packs. There's so much more variety than on other VLCDs.

My favourites are the cottage pie, the spag bol, the red bean chilli, the wafers, the bars and the soya puffs. I love the taste of the apple and cinnamon porridge but no matter how I make it (more water, less water, cold water, hot water, microwave, hob...) the texture stays kind of powdery. Seems to be a common problem though so I'll just have to keep experimenting or get used to it.

Really enjoying Kee so far - can't wait to get my new packs now!

Okay so a brief history:
Did Weight Watchers a few years ago, lost like 6 stone, left, gained all lost weight back and then some.
Started LighterLife in March 2010, lost over 9 stone, had to stop for various reasons about six months ago and despite efforts to the contrary 1 stone has crept back on during that time.
Started Kee Diet this morning - looking forward to finally losing that last 4 stone or so and getting to goal!

So that's where we're at today. I'm pretty excited about it all, although not looking forward to the hunger pangs and headaches over the next few days until I'm in ketosis. Still, short-term pain for long-term gain, eh? Let's get this show on the road!
