Wend starts out -

still going down, but not as fast as I had hoped. Life keeps getting in the way
Ordered a pack of tropical twist cold drink - made me feel really sick. Scared now to try another.

A gentle start, I really don't want it all to go too fast. Family day out last week and I had to "join in" the meal out so it was difficult to choose something. However I hav now lost 5lbs and it seems to be speeding up. Terribly thirsty yesterday and today so despite only being on social kee i think I might be in mild ketosis.

Another lb gone. Cool. Done 5 days and lost 3 lbs. That is quite good for the start of Social Kee I think. Which is good for LCD. Might even find it speeds up after a day or two more if i am good. Finding it hard though, I know I am not in ketosis though because I am still hungry and not as thirsty as I would be.

yay 2 days and 2lbs that will do nicely.

So far have stuck to it for 2 days - expect the scales to start showing something tomorrow

Well PGL is now over, and although I did not keep to my plan of low carbs, I did refuse all the cake that was offered about Started yesterday on the Kee Plan. Need some advice - with a BMI of under 26 I will be having one meal per day of permitted protein and veggies. But how do I make that less dry and uninteresting? No gravy, sauces. As much as I like veg I don't like it just boiled and dry much.

I need someone to just put the meals in my hands without me thinking about it

Haha i know exactly what you mean! Tried so many diets but could never stick to it as i was too lazy to prepare the meals!

Good luck with this diet, i bet you will do fine! It is kinda the same as Cambridge, just easier as you can just order your meals!

Well here we go. Did the Cambridge a few years ago and did very well, but my BMI just popped over 25 recently so I need to shed a few pounds. I am always busy and all these diets with courdon bleu recipes are just too much for me. I need someone to just put the meals in my hands without me thinking about it. This looks similar to Cambridge, but without having to take time out to go and visit your supplier in person. Need to make myself accountable to someone though - so people - that's you. Clocking in at 11st 1lb, but not starting until I have been to PGL with the school kids I teach next week. Wish me luck and watch this space!
