Hi i started this diet 2 months today and so far have a weight loss of 3 st 5lb 
. I am going on holiday in 7 weeks and hope to have another 2st off. like many users i have yo yo dieted through my life and find it very hard to maintain my weight, but hopefully this time something will click. wish you all luck and will keep updating my weight loss.
