Hi Linda,

Sorry to hear you are not a happy Bunny, there are so many factors that can make our weight fluctuate, but by sticking to the diet plans there is only one way our weight can ultimately go. Down. Try and keep focused on your long term goal.

1st week success Empty 2nd week, NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Post by bonjovibabe Sat Mar 05, 2011 7:39 pm

Hi all,

Well, I have just had my second week weigh in and despite sticking to the diet rigidly, I have put 5.5lbs ON, I am sooooo not impressed!! As I am only half way through the diet, I am going to have to have a good talk with myself to find the motivation to continue. I could have had a take away every night for the last week and achieved the same result!!

Not a happy bunny today,
Linda x

Well, I've made it to the end of week one and apart from the dreaded headache in the first two days, its been relatively painless, not even been hungry and I've lost an AMAZING 11lbs which I am ecstatic about. I can even get into some trousers comfortably which were way too tight before.

Come on week two, I'm coming to get you!!!
