HELP - can't get my ticer to show

Welcome aboard, with your BMI of 65 would be a good idea to have a health check with your doctor just to confirm blood pressure etc, that's if you haven't already done so. Remember to drink all that water, it will really help in the early days especially but also althrough your programme. Remember you can follow Rapid Burn or KeeLite for maximum of 12 weeks, then need to break for minimum of one week, can then return if you wish to same programme or stay on higher programme. You can tackle that weight all in one go or break into sections for 2011 which ever you think will be easier for you.

You can do it, it is the best way to lose weight quickly, I lost 5 stone in around 6 months...

I can see your ticker

Can someone please help - I've done the ticker and followed all instructions exactly - yet my ticker will not show. If I click preview on my profile, it shows up - but doesn't show up on anything else.
