Day one - so far so good Empty Hi Jamast

Well done you, just think purchasing and planning ahead with 6 weeks products could mean another 21lb drop. Sounds unbelievable when you say it like that.
So when you get your parcel and open it........Just think.... this is your route to another 21lb closer to your target and by March you'll have dropped 3 stone. (42lb).

Miracles can happen when you believe & strive to make them happen

Day one - so far so good Empty Good Luck

Post by Admin Wed Jan 26, 2011 5:38 am

Hi KeeBee's

Glad you are both enjoying your Day One of Kee, when you actually think, it is really exciting and the beginning of something marvellous, continue tomorrow like you did today and before you know it 7 days have passed for your first weigh-in - that will be motivation for week 2 and you will start to transform before your very eyes.

Remember every journey starts with a single step and today you have both made a really good start.

Keep up the good work xx

Day one - so far so good Empty Day one - so far so good

Hi. I'm on Total. I was very wary of what the packs were going to taste like, but so far so good. I love the porridge (tastes just like ready brek) and the strawberry shake for lunch was actually rather nice (so much better than Cambridge or Lipotrim) - it actually tasted of strawberry rather than cardboard (rancid cardboard at that lol). Will be having the soup in the next hour or so, then a bar later - keeping my fingers crossed that they also taste okay. PLus I have lots of other flavours to try yet but we'll have to see.
