Welcome back for the 'Next Leg' of your journey.

There is absolutely nothing wrong do the KeePlan the way that you have, infact for some it can be a great choice, small time frames help sometimes as long as you control eating in the interim.

Your quite right to do for a minimum of a month, VLCD dieting is not recommended for less than 1 month due to the changing of fuel source that your body undergoes and the entrance into Ketosis, but doing a month when you can to deal with a stone then a break and then another stone I can see how it will suit some dieters. Others find, once they are in ketosis, it starts to get a whole lot easier and they want to get it all off as quickly as possible and with their doctor involvement go the full 12 weeks of meal replacements to shift that 3 + stone. They then take a break (minimum of a week) and can then go back to finish what they started if they wish to follow the same plan or move up to one that includes a limited amount of foods.

The main thing is that you are dropping weight, are in control of your diet plan and remain healthy & motivated. Look foward to following you progress, how about starting a Ticker, instructions on our Forum home.

Nicki's last (rather large!) leg Empty Nicki's last (rather large!) leg

Post by Nic Sun Jan 09, 2011 7:04 am

Hi everyone,
I am back on kee to get rid of the last (quite a big bit!) of weight. I have been on kee twice before both times for a month and was really happy with the results. I am back now to shift the rest of the weight (about 2 1/2 - 3 stone) Am hoping posting on here will help keep me on track and that I can support others too.
Looking forward to hearing everyone's success stories over the coming months!
