Problems with online shopping

Hi Sorry to hear you are experiencing online shopping problems. Paypal can accept payments from Bank Accounts and Credit Cards we are unsure what a Self Service Card is but possibly a payment system set up for USA.
Can only suggest that you need to be extremely organised and possibly order one week in advance.

I have a problem with this as my paypal account does not use credit or debt cards . i can only use self service cards which sadly has a 7 day delay on it. hence why now i put this thread up to seek further help.

Hi Jo, something I could have mentioned on my last message. If the Samples & Singles section is freezing on you try another route.

Each product sample is on the main list also, for example if you wanted to purchase WC SHakes. From the Left Category Box, Click, Open Shakes, Scroll to the bottom and samples are available here also in all flavours available.

THis system should work for all Kee Products.

Re Cottage Pie, I have copied the info here. Whilst we were closed for summer vacation the host provider updated the system and we are noticing many errors. Cottage Pie info has completely disappeared on the buyers screen although still available on our system. ?????

We are presently reporting all issues to our host providers and will add these to our list.

Hi, I have a problem whenever I log onto the online shop. When I try to go into individual products my computer freezes and I have to reboot to get out of it. Not sure if this is an issue with my laptop but I'm not having any problems with other websites and wondered if anyone else was having similar problems or if you were aware of an issue. I'm trying to find our how to make shepherds pie as I have ordered a few trial products and want to try them to know what I want to order. When I placed my original order this was an issue but whenI kept trying eventually I was able to get in but it was very frustrating - now I just can't get in at all!
