Hi i am witing to start the diet but it is during the break so not going to get the shakes till after 25th august and only the 9th today. so got ages to wait, but feel really motivated just hope i will still feel it when shakes come through. i did the cambridge few years back but 3rd child on weight gone way up and cost of it gone way up too. i am currently 20st 1lb and would really like to get down to 11st 7lb. How did you get on with this diet and how much was your weight loss i would really like to know xxx
