Good luck Jewels it is hard when you enjoy having a drink. I hold my hands up to that one. I did give it up while I was on the Kee diet but it is so easy to slip back into old habits as I can testify this weekend. Embarassed I am going back on the Kee diet for a short time as my holiday is in 6 weeks so I want to lose abit more for then! Smile

Right got through the first 2 days,and feeling really good about everything.Its gonna be a laugh tonight when I go out drinking water but I am determind to make this diet work.I have had a few set backs getting the packs but sorted now and received lots of positive feedback.Good Luck everyone,Jewels.
