Ah yes - but that gives you plenty of time to prepare! My plan last year was just to cut out carbs with my evening meal Monday to Friday and generally try to eat "good" food (Low fat and low cal) but without really calorie counting. Carbs with evening meal on Saturday and eat what you want Sunday! Lost 2 stone in 3 months. Maybe try that until September. Cutting down the carbs will be good practice for Kee and you won't feel as bad when you start.... bounce

Hi. Well done on your loss so far, thats great.

Yea i think it was prob due to not getting off on a good start and also i felt like i was missing out! but not particually that i was missing out on food but just stuff altogether if that makes sense?
Also it's now the school holidays and have lot's planned with the kids and i want to be able to enjoy it all and that won't be possible if i'm on this diet.
I'm thinking that i'll start it again when they go back to school in September. Excuses, excuses....!

Not too bad. . I have lost 6 lb in 5 days (my weigh in is on a Monday at the gym). I had 7 stone to lose in total but I already lost 2 stone of it last year on a "normal" low fat regime - but couldn't get started again.
I've been really hungry until tonight when I had one of the Spag Bol meals. I think they're going to help me stay on the plan - I actually feel full!
I'm going to stick the course for 5 weeks on FMRP and then see how I feel. If I'm still really hungry all the time I'm going to step up to Etiquette 1 so I can have some real food.
Maybe you should try one of the plans with food? What have you found the most difficult to cope with (apart from having a cold?) It's probably that that made it hard for you to cope with the plan as you will already have been feeling bad! Maybe start again next Monday? Good luck whatever you decide. Kath

Hiya Nic

Thanks for your msg. Well i'm coming to the end of my 2nd day! I've got a really bad cold atm thou and my head is killing me(think it's to do with the cold) so i'm really not feeling too good. I have had to force the shakes and water down me today but have done it.
The weekend i imagine will be hard but here goes!
I was going to start this diet on monday but decided that i would start it as soon as my delivery came to get a head start. Also don't think that diets should start on a monday!

Good luck! Kee is such a good diet for getting the weight off quick I am only in my second week but am finding the weight is just falling off. The first week is quite hard but once you get through that it is easy.
