Hi Keebies, this morning at 7am whilst starting out system to pull off orders, our order page has been corrupted and we were unable to access any further orders. We managed to retrieve a few just before the system collapsed and therefore some clients orders will have a delayed dispatch.

We have already contacted our host provider who is presently investigate the fault and we are hoping our normal service will resume soon, in which case we will work as quickly as possible to avoid delaying your orders. We are unable to post this message on our frontpage or update stock levels or make any changes due to this fault.

We do not think this fault should affect you placing orders, just us being able to view them from our system and therefore making up the parcels. If you have placed an order after 11am yesterday please send us a copy of your order confirmation to sales@thekeediet.co.uk we will then have the information and can prepare and dispatch your order

Please keep checking in and we will advise you when back online.
